Top of the list in importance and the first tool we diabetics should have is the ubiquitous BLOOD GLUCOSE METER.
It deserves the capital letters I have given it -I think most diabetics would agree with that.
Before the advent of this handy little device we had no really accurate way of knowing what was going on in our bodies in respect to our glucose levels.
