Diabetic Equipment
Here at last we have the section for the gadget lovers. Although to some of us these may be a pain - in more ways than one - most of us will probably admit that all the 'bits and bobs' do hold a certain attraction in the beginning. A few years down the line they are just the tools of our trade. We are still interested in any new tools that may make our life easier though.
There are some items that diabetics use everyday and then there are specialist items that are of use to people with particular needs, such as the visually impaired, those with certain physical handicaps or with complications as a result of their diabetes.
I will try and comment on as many of these as I can, explaining their uses, where to purchase them, the differences between makes and the costs.
Unfortunately, though I am trying to make this site of use to diabetics all over the world I may sometimes come up with things that are unavailable in your country. For this I apologise. I can only go on what I know personally or what my research turns up. If anyone feels they have information that I can add to my content please use the contact us page to let me know about it ............
