Glycohaemoglobin Test.

This is a less specialised version of the HgA1C test. It differs only in that the results give the level of glucose attached to all the haemoglobin and not just the A1C component.

The results are thus somewhat higher, the acceptable level being 7%.

Over 8% is considered to be too high and needs attention.
